Good afternoon. Thank
you for inviting me.
I am pleased to provide
you with an update from
the last time we met
some two years ago. As
you will recall, when
we met at the NYSA Training
Center, I reported that
my segment of the industry,
the port terminal operators
and the cargo vessels,
constituted only 1% of
the emissions in the
North Jersey airshed,
a fact that had been
established by the Port
Authority in a report
